Aviv Tzur is recognized as one the leaders in the aviation community of South Florida. He is the CEO of Avbiz Aerospace Ventures. Avbiz provides Mergers & acquisitions advisory services, SWOT analysis, creative financing and management guidance. As well, Avbiz collaborates & represents global companies in the state of Florida.
Mr. Tzur held the position of CEO of Avborne Heavy Maintenance (AAR Miami), the largest aircraft heavy maintenance firm in Florida, with over 750 employees; he was a partner at Avborne Accessories and Executive Chairman of Ultimate Composites, all of which were sold successfully. He is a graduate of Hunter College of the University of NY.
He is the President of the Greater Miami Aviation Association (GMAA), the Chairman Emeritus of the Beacon Council Aviation Committee, former Chairman of the Israel-American Chamber of Commerce, Florida Region (IACC),), board member of the Miami Dade College aviation school advisory board, and has been featured in many articles and as a TV commentator on aviation issues. His other civic engagements include One Community One Goal and Leadership Miami.

Avbiz Aerospace Ventures formed in 2002 as a platform for capital investments in aviation companies and as a strategic partnership to acquire assets and inventories.
In the past 6 years, the company’s main focus is to provide advisory services related to mergers & acquisitions of aviation companies. Avbiz has orchestrated a range of transactions, from $7mm- $90mm. The company may represent either:
The buyer, typically an existing platform seeking to add-on to its core business.
The seller, typically a founder/entrepreneur who needs to continue to run a company while in the process of selling.
Avbiz coordinates the entire process until the deal reaches fruition: Valuating the market to search for a buyer, preparing the presentation, selecting an acquirer, negotiating the deal parameters, and overseeing the legal and accounting team.
Another aspect of the enhanced suite of Avbiz advisory services is SWOT analysis and business management consulting. With knowledge acquired over 30+ years of both management and hands-on experience as a CFO and CEO of companies with hundreds of employees, we can offer a unique, unbiased perspective on operationally and financially running a business. Such engagements, normally 1-2 months in length, culminate in a presentation to the board/owners, and a detailed report with a business plan and action items.
Avbiz can also act as a representative of global companies wishing to expand their reach to the United States, specifically Florida. We have represented companies in a variety of fields: Utilities, Infrastructure, and Energy. Due to 25 years of experience in the aviation industry and as an industry leader in Florida, Avbiz has also been hired as a sales representative for specific aviation-related services and products.
