Starting in 2012, the company’s main focus is to provide advisory services related to mergers & acquisitions of aviation companies.

Founder & CEO
Aviv Tzur is recognized as one of the leaders in the aviation community of South Florida. He is the CEO of Avbiz Aerospace Ventures. Avbiz provides Mergers & acquisitions advisory services, SWOT analysis, creative financing and management guidance. As well, Avbiz collaborates & represents global companies in the state of Florida.
Mr. Tzur held the position of CEO of Avborne Heavy Maintenance (now AAR Miami), the largest aircraft heavy maintenance firm in Florida, with over 750 employees; he was a partner at Avborne Accessories and Executive Chairman of Ultimate Composites, all of which were sold successfully. He is a graduate of Hunter College, one of the City Universities of New York (CUNY).
He is currently the President of the Greater Miami Aviation Association (GMAA), the Chairman Emeritus of the Beacon Council Aviation Committee, former Chairman of the Israel-American Chamber of Commerce, Florida Region (IACC), board member of the Miami Dade College School of Aviation, board director of Sentry Aerospares and has been featured in many articles and as a TV commentator on aviation issues. His other civic engagements include One Community One Goal and Leadership Miami.
